On 20th February, MKLBC held a special meditation class. From September last year until now, our meditation teachers have volunteered their meditation skills to help the community during COVID-19. On the day, our spiritual master His Holiness Gangri Karma Rinpoche also joined us to highlight the benefits these classes have provided and to offer further guidance to students.
