New meditation classes

You can now enjoy Sunday meditation classes within the Martsang Kagyu system.

Yesterday was the ‘feeling meditation’ led by Dr Spencer, a student of His Holiness Gangri Karma Rinpoche II who have trained with him directly to learn this skill.

Blessing of Tibetan Peace Garden

His Holiness Gangri Karma Rinpoche invited by Tibetan Foundation to consecrate and lead the prayer for the 19th anniversary celebration of the Tibetan Peace Garden on 27th May 2018. His Holiness also blessed the Tibetan National Football Team who have recently arrived from India.
