We are delighted to invite you to a special meditation class held by MKLBC. On the day, our spiritual master His Holiness Gangri Karma Rinpoche will also join us. His Holiness is not only the lineage holder of Martsang Kagyu but a high-performance meditation achiever. All students from 5 meditation classes are welcome to put forward questions to His Holiness to help in developing greater confidence in your practice for the year ahead. This is a very precious opportunity to improve your mediation practice.

The class will take place via Zoom on Saturday, February 20th from 10:30am-11:30am. Please confirm your attendance by email and we will then send a new Zoom link to you to join the class. Bookings will be taken until 12pm on Friday 19th Feb.
