We hold regular meditation classes on every Tuesdays and Sundays for public/communities. Learn three different styles of Mindfulness (Recollection) practices, each session has a different focus to help foster greater calm, clarity, contentment and happiness to your day. Described as happy body, feeling and mind.

The classes are taught and lead by qualified different instructors with a review on the 4th Sunday of each month under the guidance of His Holiness Gangri Karma Rinpoche.

It is free to entry. New Meditators welcomed. Donations welcomed.
